El Kabron – Best For Sunset
Perched dramatically above the waves near Dreamland Beach, El Kabron is more than just a beach club – it’s a full-blown experience. Known for its panoramic ocean views and sophisticated atmosphere, it’s the kind of place that immediately feels special the moment you arrive.
We were lucky enough to celebrate my sister’s pre-wedding party here, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable events of our trip. The combination of live music, dramatic sunset skies, and the buzzing energy of the crowd created an electric atmosphere that felt like it was made for a celebration. DJs set the tone early in the afternoon, and as the evening unfolded, live instrumentalists joined in, layering saxophone, trumpet, and violin over house beats. It was the kind of entertainment that kept everyone on their feet.
What made the night even more spectacular were the little touches that elevated the experience – sparklers handed out as the sky turned golden, smoke drifting across the pool deck, and the entire crowd moving in sync with the music. It felt like the party kept building, one magical moment after the next.
El Kabron does come with a price tag, and each seating area has a minimum spend (starting from 400,000 IDR at the restaurant tables). For events like ours though, the poolside day beds are the way to go. They start at 1,800,000 IDR per person, but the prime view of the sunset and the immersive party vibe made it well worth it for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration.
For those looking for a calmer setting, the sunset theatre offers a completely different experience. Tucked slightly below the main venue, it’s fitted with cushioned lounges and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect if you’d prefer an intimate evening with uninterrupted views of the horizon.

Hidden beneath the cliffs of Ungasan, Sundays Beach Club is one of Uluwatu’s most iconic spots. To reach it, you take an inclinator ride down the limestone cliff to a pristine stretch of private white sand. Once you step onto the beach, you’ll see why it’s one of the best beach clubs in Uluwatu.
Sundays Beach Club is the ultimate spot for a relaxed post-wedding recovery day or just a relaxing Sunday and should be on every Bali Itinerary. Unlike the clifftop party clubs, Sundays is all about barefoot luxury, set on its own private stretch of white sand accessed by a cliffside funicular. The pace here is slower, the vibe is more laid-back, and it’s the kind of place where you can recharge which is perfect if you are travelling to Bali with a baby or kids.
We spent the day lounging on beanbags, sipping cocktails, and dipping in and out of the crystal-clear water. As the afternoon rolled on, bonfires were lit along the beach and marshmallows were handed out, the perfect way to wind down after wedding festivities.
Costs here are reasonable compared to some other Uluwatu beach clubs. Entry is around 500,000 IDR per person, but this includes a food and beverage credit, so you’ll easily spend it on cocktails, woodfired pizzas, and snacks throughout the day. For cabanas or premium seating, expect a higher minimum spend (usually starting around 2,000,000 IDR), but for groups, it makes the day extra comfortable.

We came here for group sunset drinks and absolutely loved the vibe. The cocktails were creative and surprisingly affordable compared to other clifftop clubs, and the music set the perfect backdrop without overpowering conversations. By the time the sky turned orange and pink, the whole place felt alive with energy.
Minimum spend depends on where you sit, restaurant tables usually don’t have one, but daybeds and poolside lounges start around 1,000,000–1,500,000 IDR. For groups, that spend is easy to reach once you’ve ordered a few rounds and some share plates. It’s definitely one of the best beach clubs in Uluwatu for groups who want a mix of style, fun, and flexibility.

Savaya – Best For A Party
Savaya is one of the most iconic beach clubs in Uluwatu, and it’s the kind of venue that takes your celebration up a notch. Perched on a clifftop with sweeping ocean views, this futuristic-style club is known for its big-name DJs, high-energy events, and a party atmosphere that just keeps building as the day turns into night making it one of the best things to do in Bali!
We celebrated our pre-wedding event here, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean, cocktails delivered straight to our daybeds, and music that kept everyone dancing made it a night to remember. Once the sun dipped below the horizon, the lights and sound transformed Savaya into a full-scale Uluwatu sunset party.
In terms of cost, Savaya is definitely a luxury spot. General entry tickets start from around 200,000 IDR per person, but for the real experience, you’ll want a daybed or sofa package. Poolside daybeds start from roughly 1,500,000 IDR minimum spend, while premium areas can go well beyond 5,000,000 IDR for groups. It’s not cheap, but for a once-in-a-lifetime pre-wedding party, it’s worth it.

Tropical Temptation
If you’re after a beach club in Uluwatu with a lively party vibe, Tropical Temptation is the place. Located on Melasti Beach, it’s famous for its massive pool parties, fire dancers, and epic themed events.
The architecture is stunning – bamboo daybeds, a multi-tier infinity pool, and direct access to one of Uluwatu’s most beautiful stretches of coastline. Expect high-energy DJs, champagne showers, and a crowd that’s here to dance until sunset (and well beyond).

During the day, it’s a chilled Uluwatu cafe where you can grab a smoothie bowl or beer while watching surfers tackle the waves at Uluwatu. At sunset, it comes alive with music, crowds, and one of the best views on the island.

Roosterfish Beach Club
Unlike the cliffside venues, Roosterfish Beach Club sits right on Pandawa Beach which is one of the best beaches in Uluwatu, making it one of the most relaxed and family-friendly options among the Uluwatu beach clubs. It’s spacious, breezy, and features a large pool with plenty of loungers.
Their menu is fantastic – think woodfired pizzas, fresh seafood, tropical cocktails, and mocktails for the kids. There’s also a sandy area where little ones can play while parents relax. If you’re staying at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu, you’ll even get a free shuttle straight to Roosterfish.

Oneeighty Day Club
For luxury lovers, Oneeighty is one of the most unique Uluwatu beach clubs. Located at The Edge resort, it’s famous for its glass-bottom infinity pool that juts out 500 feet above the ocean – not for the faint of heart! And yes, technically it’s more of a day club, not a beach club, as it’s not on the beach.
The design is sleek and modern, with multiple pools, daybeds, and incredible service. The food is as impressive as the setting, with fine-dining quality dishes. This is one of the pricier options, but also one of the most memorable as it has the most incredible view.

Timbis Beach Club
A newer addition to the beach clubs in Uluwatu, Timbis Beach Club offers something a little different. Set along a quieter part of the coast, it combines clifftop views with a sleek infinity pool and stylish cabanas.
The vibe here is more relaxed compared to Savaya or Single Fin, making it a great spot if you want a balance of atmosphere and tranquility. Their cocktail menu and Mediterranean-inspired dishes are also standouts.

Locca Sea House
Overlooking Jimbaran Bay, Locca Sea House is technically on the cusp of Uluwatu but is often included in the Uluwatu beach club circuit because of its location and vibe. It’s a laid-back, stylish venue with bohemian design, infinity pools, and some of the best seafood on the island.
It’s especially popular for sunset dinners, with views stretching across Jimbaran’s golden sands. If you’re looking for something less crowded than Ulu Cliff House or Savaya, this is a beautiful alternative.

Klive Beach Club (New — On Our List for Next Trip)
Klive is one of the newer additions to the Uluwatu beach club scene and it’s already generating a lot of buzz — enough that we’d feel remiss not mentioning it even though we haven’t made it there ourselves yet. It’s firmly on our list for next trip.
Built into the cliffside at Melasti Beach right next door to Sundays, Klive spans seven cascading levels that descend toward the water, each with ocean views and its own vibe — from relaxed upper terraces to a beachfront bar area at the bottom. Entry is around IDR 250,000 which includes the cable car ride down, a towel, and a deckchair or bean bag. There’s a mix of daytime lounging and DJ sets in the evenings, and from everything we’ve heard from people who’ve been, it strikes a good balance between the high-energy party clubs and the more laid-back options on Melasti Beach.
We’ll update this section properly once we’ve experienced it firsthand — but based on what we’re hearing, it’s shaping up to be one of the best new beach clubs in Uluwatu.
