You know the whole “what happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas”… but with all that said, there are so many wonderful things to do in Las Vegas for couples. I have been to Vegas twice now, both times with my partner and we had some of the most amazing experiences there.
In this post, we´ll see some of the most romantic places and activities to do here in good old Sin City, so that you can melt your significant other’s heart under the neon lights.
Now, before we begin here is a little bit of advice regarding transportation. Some of the places we’re going to visit here are considerably far away from each other, so having a transportation option available is the key to see most of these attractions in a single trip, a great option for solving this transportation issue is to book a rental car in Las Vegas as it let you move at your own rhythm, and not only that, it gives you a more private and stylish way to move through the city with your significant other.
Believe me, nothing destroys a romantic mood quite as a much as a public transport, plus, would you led up an opportunity to drive a convertible through the neon-lit Strip with your significant other at your side? I wouldn’t! So, without further ado here are the top things to do in Las Vegas for couples!

Top Things To Do In Las Vegas For Couples
Be a High Roller at the LINQ
Picture this: you and your lover enjoying an aerial view of Las Vegas Strip as the sun sets and the neon lights begin to flash, all of this inside of the world’s tallest Ferris wheel! This is what the High Roller at the LINQ is all about. Visitors describe it as one of the most relaxing experiences in Las Vegas.
You can have a normal trip, but some observation pods have an open bar and, on some occasions, they have events such as chocolate sampling! Yeah, you don’t get more Vegas than that! You can find the High Roller at 3545 S Las Vegas Blvd.
The Bellagio Fountains
I’m puzzled by the fact that one of the world’s most beautiful and complex water shows in the world can be found in the middle of the Mojave Desert… but then again this is Las Vegas, and the amazing is commonplace here so… it figures. The Bellagio fountains display an incredible show where the water dances and jumps around along with lights and music.
There is so much to do in Vegas besides gamble and this show is made to entice all your senses and it has been described as one of Las Vegas’s most romantic places! If there is ever a place for asking that extremely important question related to a ring, this might be it the place, maybe when the show is featuring your significant other’s favorite song. And you know what’s the best part of it all? The shows are free! Monday through Friday there are shows every 30 minutes from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Valley of Fire
During your USA West Coast road trip, you need to visit Valley of Fire. What better to melt that special one’s heart than a Valley seemingly made of petrified fire. If you and your special someone are more into outdoors and adventures then you´re in luck, as in the outskirts of Las Vegas you can find a lot of natural beauty to contrast with the flashing neon lights and the thrill of the gambling. I´m talking about the Valley of Fire, one of Nevada’s most accessible and beautiful natural wonders.
The Valley of Fire is a series of rocky outcrops that feature outlandish landscapes and canyons full of strange and wonderful rock formations. The landscapes here are as colorful as desert landscapes can get, you´ll see everything, from fire-red rock (Which gives the place its name) to soft pink landscapes with swirls of white rock.
There are plenty hiking trails to make in this national park, and even driving there can be romantic, as the roads to Valley of Fire are often regarded as some of the most beautiful scenic drives in the whole USA, which reminds me: The Valley of Fire is approximately one hour away from Las Vegas proper. So, if you want thoroughly enjoy your visit to this natural marvel, then you should book your car rental in Las Vegas As it will let you enjoy the view more than any other transport option.
Watch a show in Las Vegas
There are few things as romantic as taking your special one to a live show, and Las Vegas is pretty much the perfect place to do so, as this city is worldwide famous for its many displays of talent! There are plenty of shows in Vegas so you can be sure that you´ll find something you´ll both enjoy, such as Cirque du Solei’s Zumanity, plenty of musicals and comedy shows, magic shows, and tributes to your favorite artist from back then.
Taking a gondola ride
There are few things as romantic as taking a gondola ride with your loved one… But wait a minute- you might be asking- weren’t we talking about Las Vegas… and isn’t Las Vegas in the middle of the Mojave? Well, believe it or not, you can have a gondola ride here in Las Vegas in the Venetian resort which offers a little replica of Venice, hey if you can’t go to Italy this is the next best thing.
A ride around the hotel costs $29, however, there is an option for having a private ride perfect for the most romantic moment of your life!
Sin City Smash
Now, if you and your significant other are more into adrenaline and peculiar experiences than into conventional romance, or if you want to have a little spice after so much sweetness, then I got a thing just for you: Sin City Smash.
Sin City Smash is a rage room, a strange new venue of entertainment based on the cathartic experience of smashing things into little pieces. Basically, you’re led into a room with stuff such as old computer monitors and printers and you´re given an implement of destruction such as a sledgehammer, a baseball bat or a fire ax, and you get to smash everything to pieces, simple as that. There are even some thematic destruction sessions such as an office destruction package or a casino destruction session!
Have a romantic dinner
One of the best things to do in Las Vegas for couples is a romantic dinner! Since there are too many worthwhile restaurant options in this city, we´ll see various options with various prices and flavors so that you can find a perfect dinner for you and that special someone.
Fuku burger
If you and that special someone are, in the mood for delicious and unique gourmet food, but aren’t in the mood for going to a fancy restaurant, then I got just the thing for you: Fuku burger.
Fuku burger combines traditional Japanese flavors with the western all-star: burgers. Now Japanese food and burgers seem to be a bit incompatible, but this restaurant proves that with enough creativeness, passion, and understanding even the strangest combinations can create something delicious and beautiful! Just like love!
The menu is rather limited, however, customers praise each burger on the menu for its flavor and uniqueness, after all, you don’t need a thousand options if each of your six types of burgers is truly remarkable. This restaurant began its life as a gourmet food truck, but currently, it has a fix location at 3429 South Jones Blvd.
The Cheesecake Factory
One of my favourite restaurants in the USA is Cheesecake Factory. The Cheesecake Factory is located in the Ceasars Shopping Mall and offer very afforadble meals. They are a portion (like most of the USA) and their menu literally has something for everyone- even vegans meals which is quiet hard to find in the USA!
Blackout Dinner
If you and your partner are feeling adventurous about your dinner, then you should try a completely new experience, and Blackout Dinner offers that precisely. This restaurant is all about experiencing your meal with all your senses other than your sight.
You´ll be eating in pitch darkness, as the staff, (which wares night-vision googles by the way) will bring a five to seven-course meal. More than a simple dinner this place offers an awesome sensory experience you can hardly ever get in any other restaurant. Come with an open mind as this restaurant is quite different than any other thing in Las Vegas.
An there you go; the romantic side of Las Vegas is waiting for you and that special someone. And believe me, this is just the tip of the iceberg, there are plenty of other options to make it so that whatever happens in Las Vegas stays on your memory and heart forever.
Helicopter Ride to the Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon should be on everyone’s USA bucket list, head there in style whislt visiting Las Vegas! Grand Canyon Helicopter tours offer packages for both South and West Rims of the Grand Canyon. Descend to the Canyon floor at sunset, or even fly among the bright lights of the Las Vegas Strip whislt enjoying 180 degree unrestricted views from the A-Star Jet helicopter! This is really a ride of a life time and a stories you will be telling for years to come.
Romantic Vegas Balloon Ride
